Of course, if it were me I'd buy an even cheaper graphics card (HD4770 probably) to hold me over until HD5000 series drop in price, and / or GT300 is out.
This combo gives you a slightly smaller hard drive (upgrade it to 1TB for another $20 or so) and lower wattage PSU, but you're most likely getting better quality stuff. Who knows what OEM makes that 750w PSU, or how crappy the case is going to be? At least when you build it yourself, you know what you're getting.

Nice spec out, and yes I think the 4770 actually outperformed the 260 didn't it?
BTW the case is a Cooler Master HAF 932 - not a cheap case ;-)
Yeah I would need close to 1tb of storage for sure! Also isn't that EVGA mobo supplied better then that asrock? I've gotten that brand of mobo's before and had nothing but problems with them...

I think the GTX260 is a bit faster. It trades blows with the 4870 512MB, IIRC, which is faster than both the 4770 and the 4850.
If the case is a HAF 932 and the PSU is a quality unit, it sounds like a decent buy. The second graphics card is a waste though. The EVGA motherboard is one of the lower-end models, while the ASRock has some nice features. I've heard good and bad things about both companies (owned an EVGA 680i - great support, but iffy motherboard), so it's really up to you.
