It should. If you look on the back of the PCB it has AMD on it. Its a reference board.

Is it worth it to get this card or the Asus 7850 2G deal, 120 vs 180 AR? It will be used for 1080p gaming with i3-2100, 4x4 DDR3, 550w Enermax. For what it is worth, right now I am using an 8800 GT 512mb. I have a feeling I'll become CPU limited with the i3 and I don't want to upgrade that unless I find some sort of awesome deal.

I would get the 7950 due to ps4 ports, if it was not due to ps4 ports (thinking only today's games ) i would get the 7850.

The i3 is still a great gaming CPU I can't say it will be great in the future.

Powercolor 7950 PCS+

Core Voltage: Yes
Memory Voltage: No
Memory: Hynix/Elpida
Fans 2x90mm
VRM Heatsink: No

According to the site below its not a reference design PCB.

It is also worth pointing out that the PowerColor version of the HD7950 is not of a reference design far from it as the both the PCB, power regulation and cooling is totally different. We will expand on these differences later in the review but suffice to say - this is no 'vanilla' re-brand of the HD7950.
