PC-4000 RAM question

I've got an Athlon XP 2500+ in an ABIT NF-7 S v.2 with PC-4000 HyperX.

My question is this: Am I correct in assuming that this RAM will do DDR 500 speeds without having to up the voltage or loosen the timings? So, if my computer won't boot at FSB 220, it should be the fault of the processor or motherboard, and not anything to do with the RAM, right?

Oh, and by the way, think there's any chance of getting this thign up to 250 FSB? Cause it looks highly unlikely at this point, but maybe someone else has been more successful.

my friend has PC3500 RAM with that mobo and it won't go over 225.. could be the RAM though... my RAm will do 225 stable but only with a painfully low multi... my proc doesn't like the FSB that high perhaps?

What is the VDimm and the VCore? is this the mobile 25 or the desktop 25?

Oh, it's the desktop version. The Vcore is at 1.75 I believe. And Vdimm is umm... like 2.8 or 2.7, well whatever the lowest is at any rate.
