The show was only 60 min. long. Apparently, the full 90 min. video is available at the Frontline website linked above.

If there was one person in the U.S. more attuned to Al Qaeda than was Clarke, it was John O'Neill. And utterly ironic his life was ended by an Al Qaeda attack after O'Neill was, essentially, kicked out of the FBI for believing that Al Qaeda was the most urgent threat to the U.S.

I think it was more of an office politics thing. Sounded like someone (Pickard?) had an axe to grind.

Pickard was the one who didn't let O'Neill go to Africa to lead the investigation after the embassy bombings but O'Neill was looked upon by many in the agency as a "maverick" and was wholly devoted to Al Qaeda.

Time to bump this one...esp. in light of the recent news of Bremer's comments from Feb. 2001.

Thanks, almost forgot about this. I'll be sure to watch it online (assuming it was decent).

Frontline has never disappointed and they dont in this one either. They are very unbiased and whatever they do, they have evidence or testimonies to back it. I would recommend Waco as well (on the right side in the classics side)
