PBC Defies court order

PBC decides to say "screw the SoS" and will submit their results AFTER 5pm. I could not ask for more.

EDIT: They will submit one set of numbers at 5pm (I think INCLUDING the incomplete hand counts) and another set when they are done (full hand count included).

The Democrats have been thumbing their nose at the law the whole time, why should things be any different now?

What really gets my goat is that the Democrats get the RULING they wanted from the Florida Supreme Court. They go to court to get standards set for the hand counts, and they get good results. Now that the counts are almost over, they STILL are not happy.

I think I would support a statewide revote if it came to that. I think that Bush would pick up votes, both from independents and in hte pan-handle, where the presss screwed it up oh so nicely.

After all the crap that Gore and his Goons have pulled, he'd get slaughtered in a statewide re-vote.

When you think about it, it makes sense - in a twisted democrat way - for PBC to submit anyway. Their recount has actually added votes for Bush. By forcing the issue, they taint the whole process and try to force the results to be tossed, at the same time adding another avenue of lawsuit for Goresky.
