I've personally never had moneys forozen, but their customer service and rules have a lot to be desired at times.

Can we have a class-action lawsuit, then, against the federal government? Hmm, I guess that's a circular thing that would solve nothing. But it would be enjoyable to see our government defend itself and forced to prove it (doesn't) offer good value for our tax dollars.
