umm this is OT 😉 do you have to have a cc or back account to use paypal...cause i got some money in there and i can't send it cause it says i need to verify/add CC or what not....wots up with that?
 
You may have gone over you sending limit for the month. You probably just have to add a CC so that they can verify your account. They just want to know I guess that you're a real person not using them for fraud.

I'm not too sure, but adding a CC, or a checking account wouldn't hurt. You would be a verified user then.
