What's the most you can send in one chunck or per month for a basic account? Isn't there a limit?

Depends; If you're verified/confirmed I believe there is no limit.

Edit: Plus you have to do that addition verification where you provide them with your SS# or have them charge your CC card a few that shows up with some #s...

I am verified. I thought there was like a $500.00 or $750.00 limit or something.

IIRC if you have a personal account, the most you can recieve a month is $500.
If you want to recieve more a month you need a business account(can't quite remember what its called) but then paypal takes a percentage of your money
not sure about sending money though

The $400 ATM withdrawal is new. It was $300 last I knew.
I use my PAypal debit card all the time and always withdraw in $300 chunks.
Now I can spend more money!!!
