Is paypal down for anyone else? I had a strange email yesterday from paypal that I pretty much ignored. I just figured it was another scam. But, today I can't seem to access paypal's site or any of my credit cards.

Just curious if it was down for anyone else.

it's one of those horrid automated voice things. Anyway, when the voice starts asking, "how many I help you?", just say "customer service". Then, he'll ask you, "OK, is this call related to x, y or z?". Just say customer service again. That's the only way (that I have found) to speak to an english speaking human with the toll free number. Good luck.
