call who? paypal? well i got one of the transactions cancelled and refunded, but since i never keep money in my paypal it was in my bank account and paypal took 2 payments out of my bank account even though i only had one of the payments go through. i guess htis is a just a rant, but has anyone had tht happen to them? if i do call them it will still take 3-5 business days for the funds to appear then another 3-5 for them to put them abckinto my account

Ok and...?

It's not like anyone here can make your payments magically appear or whatever. Just call paypal, talk w/ a live person, and try to get that mess sorted out. Not too hard.

I've had this happen to me before. I had a payment cancelled to someone and they still took the funds out of my bank account. That resulted in me overdrafting my bank account, and when I called paypal they pretty much said tough shit.
