I paid someone a total of $397.00 in two separate payments several months ago (the first payment almost a year) for a product that custom product I know would take a long time to finish. Now the seller has backed out on the deal and while he has responded to emails occasionally, it seems more and more like I'm screwed. I have two phone numbers for the guy but no address, I know that he lives in KT, and I have his email address. The USPS wasn't used at all, so I can't get him on mail fraud. Any ideas on how to get my money back!?

Our Buyer Complaint Process could have been used. However, the following applies:

a) must be filed within 30 days of the original transaction date
b) it does not guarantee recovery

I can only recommend that you try to take actions against the seller via another avenue.
