paypal why do i need to add cc to send money?

i have money in my account right now, but i can't send any of it b/c i dont have a credit card. wtf?! is there no way around it besides adding a cc? if so i'm just gonna move it to my bank account.

Same reason paypal is worthless. I dont mean to be an ass but paypal has fvcked me (and many others who did nothing wrong) over many times....

Buyer Complaints and Money Back Guarantee are two separate protection policies within the PayPal system. Buyer Complaints do not guarantee recovery, whereas a Money Back Guarantee Purchase would.


Note: PayPal and eBay have just released a new Buyer Protection Program for purchases made on eBay. Are the users here aware of the fact it just went live several days ago?

Can you tell me what benefits does this give to honest sellers? I mean REAL benefits with concrete examples because that "buyer protection" is meant to fvck over honest sellers and help crooked buyers steal money from them :disgust:
