PAYPAL users Bware,,, virus poses as paypal letter

Although most in these forums may already know, I've browsed around and have seen nothing on this topic,,, so here goes !!!

It seems there is a virus being spread via Email ,,, the letter comes in the form of an alert from PAYPAL that states you need to renew your account(should you have one)... It looks and acts legit bearing logo, request demographics and CC info,l PLUS it provides what is supposed to be a link for security gateway to Paypal...

Please be carfull of this demon... Thnx

Thank you for posting the warning. Multiple emails are going around that appear to come from PayPal that actually have a virus embedded.

Please note that we will not ask our users to download something to "fix" their account.

Yeah !! safer for AOL ,,,, to load and install their crap onto your machine everytime you exit ..
