PayPal Scam?

I just received an email that is supposed to be from PayPal, asking me to update my account information. Since I have never had an account with them, I find that rather curious. The link that it gave, did look like PayPay's website, but then, that doesn't mean much these days.
 
Boy! You guys are fast. I just saw my typo in the title and came back to edit it if possible, but I don't see any edit button

EDIT: I reloaded the page and the edit button appear, but I don't see anything to edit the title.

Hmm, 6 responses in 4 minutes. If I could get that kind of response in the technical forums, I would soon learn all that there is.
 
Hmm, Spoofstick reported the url as valid, so either it's wrong, or PayPal got my email address by some means that I don't understand.
