Just got emailed to me.. i'm impressed, the scammers have gotten their acts together, it looks pretty real... except a person like me can tell that http://www.paypal.com@(some IP here) is NOT paypal.

I filled out the "form" on their site they link you to with things like "I'm calling the FBI, asswipes" and "How about, NO, you crazy scamming bastards!"... clicked submit (without even checking the little box that said "I accept the terms of the agreement"😉 and voila! "Thank you" and then it redirects to paypal's real site. LOL
