Paypal scam email in french?

I woke up to this email in my mailbox, supposedly from Paypal France:

since you don't understand the e-mail, just give them your social security, bank account, and credit card information. they will get it all sorted out for you.

Just give them your social security, bank account, and credit card information. They will leave and get it all sorted out for you.
