I have an issue with PayPal Credit that I need to resolve. When I go to their link it appears dead

Does anyone have a working link/email/anything?
The only thing I can find opens a "dispute" with the seller. I have no issue with the seller and do not need to involve them at all. The issue is rather with PP itself.
I made an ebay purchase on 5/3 for $157 and paid via PP Credit. Due to an issue with the shipping address, it was subsequently refunded and I had to place the order with the seller again.
My PayPal account shows the purchases correctly
-$157.00 USD
+$157.00 USD
-$157.00 USD
However, looking at my PP Credit, it still shows two $157.00 charges with due dates of 12/3/2018 (6 months 0%). And they add up to my total PP Credit Balance
