So I sold an old CPU on Ebay a while back. I was just using the PayPal app which only displays the most basic information. I had just assumed the fee would be $1.40 because that's what it was when I sold something in the FS section of AT. I get on the regular site to check some info, and I see the fee is $2.31. Dag, that's not cheap for one little transaction. How does it change from $1.40 to $2.31? Both the transactions were for stuff under $100. I can't believe how much they are charging you. I need a cheaper way of doing things. $2.31 for under $100 just seems excessive. 🙁

Your rant sucks.

How much under $100 are you talking about? A $2.31 charge for a $100 sale is not that bad. Usually people lose 10-12% for selling shit on ebay.

BTW, it's your own fault for not reading the terms with paypal. They will charge you something like 30 cents + X% of the transaction $ amount.
