i dont have any money in my paypal account, yet i need to send some cash to another persons paypal. is there any way to send him cash with out that long clearing transfer? (takes me about a week)
 
yeah, i added my credit card number but it still says i have to wait for it to clear when i sent someone some cash when i had nothing in my account.
