Hi, thanks for stopping by. I have a question regarding Paypal and your experiences with them when you've had to file a claim.
If I pay for something via Paypal... and for whatever reason, I do not receive the product (seller fraud, lost in the mail, etc...), who do I turn to to help me resolve that problem? Do I go to:
- Paypal, Inc... and tell them that I never received my package?
- The credit card company that I used to fund my transaction through Paypal, and tell them the same thing?
- The delivery courier service (if it was insured and/or tracked), and tell them I never received the package? If I didn't have it insured/tracked, am I screwed no matter if I turn to Paypal or my CC company?
I'm just not sure who to turn to in the event of such a crappy thing happening.
