those guys have enough information to steal an identity right there. they only need to setup a credit card with all those information and spend it all. ruin your credit for many years.

your only hope is that they got alot of other folks info and dont use yours.

i get these phish emails fairly often and the above quote is the first indication that it is NOT
from PayPal.com

paypal will always send you an email saying Dear "first name" "last name"
addressing you directly with your full name!

if the email you get does not show your full name then forward the email to: spoof@paypal.com
