I'm hoping for a little guidance here, I tried looking through the help files on Paypal but it didn't get me the info I needed to know...Here goes;
I have a Paypal Premiere account (for accepting CC funded payments from ebay items I sell), recently I sold my Laptop to a friend and create a secondary Personal Paypal account to avoid the fees (since I was being paid from a bank funded payment, and the person is my friend).
The amount received was $1,600 (but the limit is supposedly only $1,000 per month). the status shoes 'Completed' and I've received no notices in email or see any warnings on my account that I'm in default.
My problem is; I just tried to buy an item with the 'Buy it Now' option at eBay (an Archos AV320 for $442) which I'm more than covered for with the Personal Account, but when I try to pay I'm prompted to use a Credit Card to pay with??!!...As if the money wasn't in my account?!
What can I do here? I was thinking I could withdraw (another limit of only $500 at a time here) but I'm afraid the account won't let me and there'll be fees involved if the money is kicked back.
