Don't think PayPal has this feature, do they?

I think it's a feature with your already established CC company.

They have a virtual debit card that you can use online to pay for purchases (from your Paypal account) anywhere that accepts Mastercard but it's certainly not a one use number (the number doesn't change unless you inform them that you think the number has been compromised...ie stolen)

I use it and it's great. Get 1.5% cash back for using it as a credit card too... :D

I have offered to send rpbri2886 a WebCert when he's ready to order.

He will be issued a unique 16 digit MasterCard credit card number which expires in 1-2 years and even has the security code on the back.

Discovercard has a web-app (Discover Deskshop) that works with IE and generates one-time use numbers.

I use it all the time for my web purchases - works great!
