story: i sold something fs/ft and it diddn't work so im refunding the money but the person needs non-cc fund so can anyone paypal me $ then after i send him his money ill paypal you with cc fund back with the paypal charge included.?

It would refund to the credit card if:

a) the refund option was used within 30 days
b) the original transaction was funded by credit card

I would recommend refunding the user the same way they paid. If they paid by PayPal, I would recommend returning the payment in the same manner.
