PAYPAL is making me IRATE!!!! Please help...

I only buy and sell on a popular auction site occasionally, so the other thread about PayPal imposing $$$ limits didn't apply, so here's what's going on...

I'm "Verified". I sold a few things, got payment through PayPal and the funds where immediately available to me to transfer to my bank account. (The buyers were also "Verified").

I also bought a few things. I paid through PayPal. The charges have hit my bank account and cleared there, but every day I check my PayPal account and by each transaction it reads "Uncleared". I emailed the sellers and they have not received funds from PayPal.

THESE PURCHASES WERE MADE 11 BUSINESS DAYS AGO! I have emailed PayPal over 7 times, with nothing but automated responses from them.

Does anyone have a phone number, toll or toll-free, I don't care. And yes, I'm going to cancel as soon as this is resolved.

Thanks for any help or ideas.

That sucks... The seemed to respond rather quickly to my hate mail I sent them.

Guess that's why I'm using ExchangePath now.

Yup, exchangepath rocks! My experience with exchangepath is GREAT! They transfer $$$ fast. And they give me a 1-800 # after i emailed them (took 2 days for them to reply, not 2 months or forever for paypal).

thedealkid, since you are going to cancel the account after this, so it is no harm for you to UPGRADE to their business account then you can use the 1-800 # to solve your problem.

After you are done with them, cancel the account!
