I just realized that I have 2 paypal accounts..

I have one that doesnt have any CC or Bank Acct registered with it, and it has over $300 in there.. But for some reason I can't send it to my other account.... ??

Do you have to have a CC or Bank Acct registered, just to send paypal, even if you have money in the account?
