PayPal Help: Sent an echeck and it is still waiting to be cleared, can i cancel it?

Morning all,
sent an echeck yesterday and due to some unforseen circumstances, i need to cancel the payment. however, the echeck it still uncleared and i do not see a cancel payment button under actions in the my account tab...i have contacted paypal last night but they have not responded...what should i do? (btw, this is only my 2nd time using the service)

im surprised the paypal hasnt sent an email back

"If you cancel an eCheck payment or Instant Transfer, the withdrawal from your bank account cannot be cancelled. Instead, the eCheck or Instant Transfer amount will be credited to your PayPal account balance.

Here's How:

Log in to your PayPal account
Click on the History subtab
Click on the Cancel button in the Action column of the transaction in question
Click Cancel Payment
You have successfully cancelled the payment"

thank you allisolm but that is what i already did but there is no cancel button in the action column
