Paypal Fraud

An unauthorized charge was made to my paypal account. About $27.00 went missing from my paypal account and was used to buy a subscription to a porn site. I contacted paypal and they gave me a phone number to call, but I always get put on hold and even though I've waited at least 1/2 hour each time, I still have yet to talk to anyone. Does anyone know of another way to actually speak to a human rep at paypal?

I had a $100 charge as well, but I did nto have any $$ in the account, so nothing was taken. Really wierd. I don't keep any money in there if I can help it anyway.

I've been using paypal since it's inception, but until they offer the same protections as having your money in a bank, I won't let more than a few bucks at a time sit in there.
