alright so i sold an intagible item through ioffer, than after I gave seller the items he filed a claim against me saying that he never recieved the items.

Since the only options im given to resolve the situation is to 1) give Full Refund 2) Provide Tracking Info 3) Prove previous Refund.

I cant do anyting in this situation. I did email them about the situation but I can't wait for their answers. What can I do in this situation? the only way I came up with avoiding a chargeback is shipping him a letter with the account info (what I sold), and track it. This way I can provide paypal with tracking number, and maybe have a chance to avoid chargeback.

But i think he planned this before hand because in the Paypal transaction details, he didn't provid me with his address, but I have his address from ioffer. What can i do? If i provide paypal with tracking info will the claim be cancelled or does paypal give the buyer another chance to respond? also I can't think of any shipping companies that provide the destination address online on the tracking site. Fedex or UPS only show the state and city. Please help me guys

Advanced Search "paypal" in Off-Topic for other threads on this.

I'm guessing this is a MMORPG sale that violates the terms of service for the game, in which case you're out of luck.

Sending items with delivery confirmattion or signature required, should solve your future deals.

Someone tried to do the same thing to me when I was selling an MMPORG account. I called PayPal and explained it was an intangible good, and after 3 weeks they ruled the dispute in my favor. At the time PayPal refused to allow buyer's any protection when it came to intangible goods.

I would recommend contacting PayPal, and forwarding them a copy of the auction that explains the nature of the deliverable.

Good Luck.
