I just received an email from paypal titled "Notification of a Pending eCheck Payment"
It says:
"If you are shipping an item, please do not ship your item until you receive an email notification that the eCheck payment is complete, which usually takes 4 business days.
This eCheck Payment will remain 'Uncleared' until the funds have cleared from the sender's bank account, when the Status of the eCheck will change to 'Completed'. "
My buyer is asking for the product now. Is it considered rude or uncourteous to wait until the payment is "completed" by paypal? Or is it customary to ship the product once the seller submits his payment?
First time using paypal... forgive the ignorance.
