I was wondering something---so there's this buyer who disputed a payment bc they did not receive their item--i did not buy tracking nor insurance because i never included it but i do have a copy of the receipt saying i sent it to their address and all the other addresses of other auctions----can i send use this?
the buyer even acknowledged that i sent it and i was going to grant a partial refund

I think you're probably SOL, but it wouldn't hurt to try... was it a $$$ item? ALWAYS buy insurance so signature receipt is required...

its the principle though not price

It's the principle ... but look at it from the buyer's side ... they paid, and never got an item. Why should they lose money?
