Wow. That sounds like a really dangerous thing. Paypal is not a bank and does not offer the consumer protection that backs can offer. They also tend to take your money at the slightest sign of trouble. The only safe paypal account is a closed paypal account!

PayPal ATM carries Visa logo, thus completely protected. You've been misinformed.

I have been using PayPal (I am verified, confirmed, and have a premier account) for almost seven years now without a single problem. I have been using their debit card too for a long time now and haven't had a problem with it either. My $.02

Nope Visa is just the Card Network. The card is issued by JP Morgan and is handled by paypal.

Its basically a Prepaid Debit card... offers literally zero protection

Sorry pal, you're wrong. First of, I made a mistake it's a Master Card debit, not Visa. Second, ultimately protection comes from the Network, not the issuing bank. Source PayPal debid MC is 100% protected.

If you made mistakes, it's your fault. I've used PayPal for over seven years and NEVER had a problem. All you have to do is follow the rules of the game.

Hm well to get the card you have to be Premier/Business with Paypal and the card does say Business Premier

You'll get "protection" but it'll be handled by Paypal

I've been a PP user for over 7 years and have had over 3000 transactions...90% of them I was the seller.

Number of problems...ZERO
