Last night I could have had my usual 3 cookies and milk but I stopped at 2, that meant I could have a cookie when I got home from work today with out any guilt or remorse

How have you paid it forward recently?

Well, I had no children so I could consume the customary mistakes allowed for a typical family, and keep all the toys that would otherwise go to my smuckish offspring.

I took the doritos to work so my wife wouldn't be tempted to eat them and gain weight.
