Friday or Thursday is good, and I REALLY wish my current job paid once every two weeks instead of once a month.

If I had a choice, it'd be wednesday or thursday. But direct deposit on friday is just as good.

It only matters if you live paycheck to paycheck. I don't - so it really doesnt matter.

i like getting paid every other fridays from my previous job. right now i am getting paid every 1st and 15th of every month, and it is a wierd transition.

I used to get paid weekly at my first job, now i get paid every 5th and 20th

We get paid every other Tuesday, but starting Dec 31 we get paid every other Friday. It doesn't really matter to me. I no longer have to live paycheck-to-paycheck (Thank God), so it's not an issue.

Um.. Yes.. I prefer direct deposit rather than actual checks; impossible to misplace, immediate transfer, and saves a trip to the bank each time
