I'm looking into getting a pay as you go cell phone but I don't know which provider to go with. I need two features otherwise I don't need the cell phone: ability to block my phone number from being viewed, and minutes that do not expire.

T-Mobile Prepaid

No such thing for minutes that don't expire. If you buy the 1000min card from T-mobile it expires in 1 Year.

Virgin Mobile also has a card with $100 worth of minutes that doesn't expire for a year.

I use virgin mobile, it seems cheaper than t-mobile, however VM doesn't have BT phones and doesn't support GSM. Buying 4bands t-mobile prepaid phone and then unlock it can be good for international travelers as I am.
