Pay after you receive the item on EBay

There has to be something more to it than that...

i wonder if when you recieve the package there is not something more in there.. and by accepting it and making the payment you are required to do something else that you have to pay for ... or a lot of spam or something.

Only a 52 feedback too, I'd stay away.
 
They've got a scam going somehow. Perhaps they're claiming the packages were stolen for insurance money from Fedex/UPS?
