Pauses while playing cs:s problem. HELP!!!

When play counter strike source, i notice that the game pauses sometimes it doesnt matter if i am in action shooting or just running around. Like everything around me will stop but my card is still rendering becuase i see the fps still changing. I have never had this problem before i installed my x800pro like a couple days ago. WIht my 9800 pro i never had a problem, only reason i upgraded bceause my 9800pro randomly stopped wroking after teh sound of a pop.

I was wondering what is casuing this, i am using a p4 2.8 533fsb and ddr 266 512 + 2*256. I am thinking that its my cpu but i oc to 3.2 and 155fsb. Hlep its really bothering me when playing.
 
Might want to clean out your drivers and install fresh as the unplaned swap between cards could have caused some trouble.
 
i need a driver clean and installed teh 4.10 beta teh 8,07 drivers, there is still the problem pausese everyonce in a while
