Sounds like a real Republican to me, unlike our current administration.

I have to say that was pretty damn good.

I can't believe some of you think he's a Democrat. He's as far from a Democrat as he is a Republican.

Hmm I have to completely change what I said.

Watching this video again, this guy does not have a good grasp of what he is talking about.

Ummmm the other GOPers are the in the wrong Party. Ron Paul is the only candidate who shows principled Conservative values that used to be the mainstay of the GOP from Goldwater to Reagan. How did these freedom hating authoritarian asshats hijack the Republican party?
Fixed for truth.
ummm yea.... Reagan invaded Grenada, bombed Libya and funded the contras, I don?t think he would look at Iraq the same way Paul does.

Reagan would have most likely bombed the hell out of AQ and the Taliban some times in the mid 90s, say after the Embassy bombings.

Based on his record in Lebanon he wouldn't have bombed AQ.

IMO Reagan was a complete failure with regard to the U.S. Embassy bombing in Lebanon.

The part where he was against attacking every possible country we can and causing the deaths of hundreds of thousands of civilians. Republicans are all about starting wars nowadays (really for as long as I can remmeber). And Democrats are for dealing with domestic problems and only going to war when absolutely necessary. For example, Afghanistan was necessary, Iraq was not even close to necessary. In the 90's the Democratic president tried to do some things he felt were necessary. The Republican congress blocked him because it wasn't in the best interest of the Republican party to make the Democratic president look good. Even if it did cost American lives.

Really I should clarify that the part that sounded Democrat was the part where he was more concerned with the lives of the American public and American people than he was with the wellbeing of the Republican party.
