Yeah, he definitely developed into a much better actor over the years.. he was so awkward in the first FF movie.. (didn't stop me from watching it 3 times in theater - back when being "rice" was in..) RIP

I agree. The membership of this forum is really disappointing sometimes - some people here suffer from an unholy combination of narcissism, questionable social skills and a pathological need for attention.
 
This does suck. He seemed like a good guy whenever I read about him. Feel bad for his daughter. He probably left her enough money for life, but that won't bring him back 🙁
 
Damn... Finally showed up on TV news today. His friend was driving and witnesses didn't paint a pretty picture.

I think public shame should be enough. Ya they will just reroll and be even bigger trolls.....
what bothers me the most is the veiled justifications that deaths and things like this bring on the forum. Someone gets shot. GEE ITS A thread about banning guns. Child gets stabbed. GEE SHOULD HAVE HAD A GUN. What I wish would happen is mods changing privileges like banning people who do this from specific forums.. Be a troll in atot. Treated like a child.



Really sad. Guy was known to be a good guy. Guy was at a charity event. Guy wasnt even driving. Hooning a Carrerra GT isnt the smartest thing in the world but I have done much worse. From the looks of it they couldnt have been going very fast. That car is known for snap oversteer at low speeds. Car is much more stable at speed. They arent drift cars.

That might be the case if having a charity and doing charitable works was the same thing.
He's actually going to places, helping with things. He's not just sitting there saying he has a charity.
Kind of like how trolls talk on the internet and who they are in real life.

I hear you about people and the internet, but I don't think that car got ripped to shreds like that traveling at low speed. Whatever they were doing, they caused a massive wreck and a conflagration on a public road. That just doesn't happen out of the blue with no other vehicles involved. So, RIP and all, but the guy's no hero as far as I'm concerned. People who pull that shit on public roads should have their licenses revoked permanently.

Plus, like someone else said the car was likely torn in half by the fire department in order to get the bodies out (they likely melted to the seats...).

Plus fire alone can do a ton of damage to a car.

Another thing to keep in mind, a lot of high end cars are actually built in two main sections and then bolted or otherwise connected, usually right about the firewall between the cockpit and the engine bay. The Veyron for instance is held together by a surprisingly small number of screws in this manner.
