Paul Schaeffer, as stated is a bigtime musician and generally respected very highly amongst the Music Industry. He makes a decent sidekick, though Max Weinberg(sp) ownz him.
Dave Letterman was the shiznit back in the '80's. He was to Lat Night what Conan is today, innovative and funny as Hell. He still is funny, for us older folk at least, but since leaving NBC his show just seems to be a long neverending Final Tour.
Jay Leno and Kevin Eubanks are a televised lobotomy!
Conan ownz all, though 10 years from now he'll be considered the way Letterman is today.
