The famous actor has died... but the salad dressing will live on!

I'm worried who's going to support my local PBS station now that he's gone, though... he matched everyone's pledges for years!

You can't be as old as I am without waking up with a surprised look on your face every morning: 'Holy Christ, whaddya know - I'm still around!' It's absolutely amazing that I survived all the booze and smoking and the cars and the career.

I saw him in the pit lane at Long Beach about 10 years ago. He was a regular there for many years in the Newman/Haas pit area especially when Michael Andretti was racing for him. I have some photos of him around here somewhere.
