Can't believe somebody would throw that kind of life away. And just to kill someone who seemed fairly inconsequential. He is obviously guilty of obstructing justice and the only motivation to obstruct justice would be if he was an accessory or murderer himself. Why else destroy the security tapes.. and your phone.

For a guilty person it makes perfect sense. Makes him look guilty, but the evidence on cell phone and security tapes would do that anyways and be proof. He destroyed proof/evidence and will likely not say a thing. Depending on what they find at the scene he may get off as a result of destroying evidence if he is in fact guilty.

Hell, at this point maybe a Martian destroyed things and used the rental car to dump the victim. Be nice to check the cell and security tapes to remove the doubt though.

Does Eric Mangini have an alibi?

So, Tebow now a tight end? Brady can't throw and catch the ball himself... Or can he? :hmm:

'Evening everyone! How's it going tonight?

We have any football fans here? I see that the Patriots tight end Hernandez is in big trouble with murder. On top of being officially fired from the team, I have a feeling prison is going to take away his "tight end" title.

::waits for laughter to die down::

But seriously, the murder probably wasn't his fault. It turns out at the last practice, the Patriots coach accidentally gave Hernandez OJ's playbook.

Goodnight everyone! You've been great!

Jeez, another NFL player today was charged today with attempted murder.

http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/9...kie-arrested-tuesday-charged-attempted-murder

Yeah for punching a guy. Not popping off 5 .45 cal rounds into him. Kinda different.

Want to a commonality to almost *EVERY* arrest of a professional athlete outside of domestic violence? Nightclubs/bars/stripclubs. Almost every single scuffle, fight, shooting, drunk driving, ect comes from these knuckleheads getting liquored up in da club and doing dumb shit.

You ever try to hold a conversation with one of these meatheads? I have...it's like talking to a fucking bowl of Ramen noodles.

Most of these guys can't think past the next set of tits walking by much less the least obvious method of killing someone.

What's weird about it is the Patriots have one of, if not the most complex offenses in the NFL, ask Chad Och. who couldn't handle learning it, Hernandez did, enough to be play a pivotal role, how in the hell he could be so stupid to think he was gonna get away with this is baffling..

I didn't watch it, but according to a Patriots message board post:

3:23PM - Hernandez & Lloyd captured by surveillance video leaving in a car together
3:25PM - Nearby construction workers hear gun shots
3:27PM - Surveillance video captures Hernandez returning in the car alone with a gun in hand

lawls, what a tard, guy is definitely in prison for murder, no iffs buts.

Football players are stupid.

Definitely a district attorney with a stick up his @ss aiming to lynch a high profile nfl player imo. Attempted murder for punching a guy? what a buncha cr@p.
Possible but there's a charge in there for endangering an injured victim which makes it sound like he beat them and left them to die.

In New Jersey "A defendant endangers an injured victim if she causes bodily injury to any person and leaves the scene of the injury knowing or reasonably believing that the injured person is physically helpless, mentally incapacitated or otherwise unable to care for himself."

I read that he punched the victim in the back of the head. That's a real bitch move, but I still don't really like attempted murder.

My bet's on him killing the guy because he slept with his GF when she was drunk. It's got something to do with the girl man. It's always the girl!

They said that he got in a fight with the guy because the guy talked to someone that Hernandez didn't like at the club they were all at. So he killed him. Very intelligent person.
