I can't get that link to load, or even ******'s site to load.

But PDC21G6400+LLK / PDC22G6400+LLK are both on the list in my sig, so it appears that's a yes.

Thanks n7. I just took a trip over to extreme and there are reports that the black heatspreader Patriots no longer use D9. They are Elpida I hear. I thought that $217 AR was too good to believe :)

I'm not sure what just transpired here (d9??? elpida???)

All I know is that my Patriot DDR PC4000 2x1gb sticks are crap. Can't clock them over about 210mhz despite being rated at 250... Just thought I'd add my $hundreds worth.

Look at the Buffalo Firestix :)

They're only $241 at newegg right now, & since i don't know US stores well, i just use them as a selection store.

Maybe you can find them for less elsewhere.

Refering to the chips on the sticks. D9 is made by Micron and overclocks pretty well compared to it's Elpida counterpart.....

Sure does. the memory in my sig is rated at DDR2-667 3-3-3-12 and I'm running DDR2-1000 5-4-4-12

My patriot XBLK sticks hit 265 @ 2.7V, but barely anything at most boards' default 2.5. Did you try bumping the voltage a little bit (2.8 max if they're TCCD chips, as it doesnt respond to a lot of voltage like BH5 would).
