Patriot RAM or Gigabyte MB trouble

Hi guys, memtest is giving me errors at normal settings, what to do?

Individual tests show no errors of either the modules or the mobo slots, so maybe the kit is badly paired. The RAM runs @ 2.0V and everything else (PCI-E, (G)CMH) is +0.1V

In a nutshell whatever I do I am unable to run RAM stable @800MHz. When I go to 667MHz (x2.5 multiplier) everything is good, but its still worrying that I cant run the memory at factory specs. TIA,

ps: other stuff: q6600 at stock speed, I am not OCer, but I want stability...
 
update. I tried 6-6-6-18 at 800MHz and appears stable after an hour in memtest, but I still think the kit is badly paired. Thoughts?
the MB is rev1.1 and the BIOS is F2...
