How do u keep track of MS patches which have been tested and needs to be
installed on all newly build servers?

i want immediate update to the clients, the problem with SUS is that i have to wait for at least 10mins for the clients to recieve the update.

Are you trying to integrate updates into an install? Roll out updates to clients/servers that are already installed?

i want to keep a list of ongoing patches that needs to be installed and Roll out these updates to clients/servers that are already installed.

I use an Altiris RapidDeploy server. I got the latest MDAC patch pushed to ~150 clients in under 5 minutes.
