Good Lord! Java's got a security hole! Or at least the browser plugin -> applet part of it.

Here's where I read about it and here's sun's report.

Long story short: upgrade to 1.4.2_06
 
Thanks for the tip. I try to stay up to date with all my software, but my Java SDK and JRE were way out of date. Now, they're not!
