We are treating the office to lunch. Sandwiches for all. We don't want to get in to ordering all different deli sandwiches, so we will order just one type. Take it or leave it. So ATOT decides. Roast beef or pastrami?

Isn't pastrami the same cut as roast beef but it's cured/brined? I'm thinking it's a round roast (beef butt) for the cut.
