Pasta fans..How HARD do you like your macaroni?

I've been cooking for over 60 years, That's the way I like it.

Made spaghetti olia olio for dinner tonite. 15 minutes was not quite enough.

I usually don't cook mine *quite* that long, but I like mind to be limp too.

Being Italian, Al dente of course!
