Or

"I was biased towards the movie I just saw"

"Biased" would be the correct option.

You're using it as an adjective to describe your mental state.

You could also phrase it as "I had a bias towards the movie I just saw," but that's pretty awkward. I'd stick with your [EDIT]second, I can't count[/EDIT] option.

I would have to disagree... it is "I WAS BIAS..." because bias has no thense when used in the adjective format, and thereby maintaining its present attributes.

"Bias" is the noun form... So either you're saying you literally are a bias, or you "were biased."
