After reading several threads on how to remove the requirement for a password to enter windows 10, I did what I was told. Instead of not needing a password I now have two profiles that have the same name. One requires a pin and the other a password. Shouldn't this be the first thing Microsoft figures out when they create a new system and shouldn't their so called help desk people know this is an issue and how to resolve it?

Your post above exemplify why things like this happen, for whatever "strange" reason peolpe on the Interent feel that other people can read their mind (or move with the Mouse their typed word to see what is behind)- :weary:.

Quote" "I did what I was told". How can we help you if we do not know what you told to do that resulted with this outcome.

In any case, in Settings/Accounts/Sign in options, you can re-choose the Sign-in method of your choice.

As for adding Deleting Uses Accounts read this - http://www.howtogeek.com/227763/how-to-completely-delete-your-microsoft-account/
